1. All JJ’s BootJack products are subject to a one (1) year limited warranty from the original purchase date. Warranty is limited to repair or replacement at the discretion of JJ’s BootJack and does not cover any physical damages beyond normal wear and tear.

 

2. If a defect in material or workmanship appears within the warranty period, contact Customer Service at 1-800-JJ'sBootJack before attempting any repair. The warranty does not cover defects due to misuse, extreme heat, or improper maintenance.

 

3. JJ’s BootJack reserves the right to examine all products returned for warranty service and repair. If a problem exists that is covered under our limited warranty terms, JJ’s BootJack will either repair or replace the product at its discretion, without charge.

 

4. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason other than a defect covered by warranty, you may return it to JJ’s BootJack within thirty days of the purchase date for a full refund of the original purchase price (less shipping and handling). All returned items must be in the same condition as when purchased and include all original packing materials, manuals, and accessories. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

5. By purchasing this product, the customer agrees to hold harmless JJ's BootJack Inc., its employees, agents, representatives or assigns from any liability resulting from the use or misuse of this product.
